Service Description
Seize the opportunity to meet with your artist, Sindi, to discuss your upcoming projects. We kindly request that you bring any reference images to help visualize your ideas. Please note that consulting with Sindi does not guarantee acceptance of your project. A consultation fee is required; however, if your project is approved, this fee will be applied towards the total cost of your appointment upon completion of your booking.
Cancellation Policy
No-show policy Failure to honor appointments will lead to the forfeiture of the deposit, a cancellation fee of $50 will be charged on your card . Multiple instances of "no call, no show" will result in immediate loss of deposits, cancellation of all future appointments, and a prohibition from booking future appointments. Reschedule policy In the event that you need to reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for a minimum of 28 hours' notice prior to your scheduled session. Providing the required notice will allow your deposit to be transferred to one rescheduled session only. Please note: - One-Time Transfer: Your deposit is transferable for one rescheduled session only, provided you give the necessary 24-hour notice. - Insufficient Notice: Any changes made without the required notice may result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Cancellation policy In the event that you need to cancel your scheduled appointment, we kindly request that you reach out directly to Sindi to notify us of your cancellation. Please provide the following information for our records: - Your full name - The appointment date - The time of your appointment While we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, please be aware of the following: - Non-Refundable Deposits: All deposits made at the time of booking are non-refundable. - Cancellation Fee: If proper notice is not provided, a cancellation fee of $50 will be charged to the card on file.
